This zip contains code and support files from every chapter of the book.
There is also a separate folder called "External Libraries" with assembly and source files for third party components that apply globally to the entire book. Therefore, you need to maintain these references for a few chapters to be able to run the source code samples.
Chapters are organized in separate folders and each chapter has separate sub-folders for Try It Outs, Misc Samples, and Exercises.
We have provided separate project files for exercise solutions, so you can run and compare them with the original code.
