When you unzip the code files, the folder the author-created folder structure may disappears. To preserve this structure, do the following: 
1.	Right-click the zip file and select WinZip and then Extract To.
2.	Place the directory structure wherever you want on your computer.
3.	Make sure that the Use Folder Names check box is checked.
4.	Click Extract.

This zip contains code from every chapter of the book with the exception of the following: 

Chapter 1: This is an introductory chapter doesn't have code.
Chapter 8: This chapter concerns the conversion of the author's personal blog from Drupal 5
            to Drupal 6 and actually serves as an introduction to Chapter 9.
Chapter 13: Drupal 7 is not functional yet. Chapter is narrative and illustrative only.
Chapter 15: Drupal Acquia is simply installed step-by-step and discussed in the actual chapter
