The application is a smart client built using WPF (.NET 3.5), 
with a local SQL Server 2005 Compact Edition database as its 
data store. The framework and SQL CE bits used are all from 
the Visual Studio 2008 RTM release. The application uses a 
custom developed solution to sychronize with the server. 

It is important to note that this project also depends upon 
version 1.3 of the Xceed DataGrid for WPF 
(http://xceed.com/Grid_WPF_New.html).
