All the code examples for each chapter is in the individual folder. If an example involves additional source files (such as a SQL script or XML file, those files are included in the appropriate folder. If I have overlooked something or forgot to include something, please feel free to email me and I will send the necessary files.

Also, Most of this book was written using Beta 1. The last few chapters were written using Beta 2. So, if something doesn't work, it is most likely due to changes between Beta 1 and Beta 2. 

However, I tried as much as possible to go back and make the necessary changes but I am sure there are some things I missed.
